- No, because we cannot warranty your part with the manufacturer if you purchase something used or cheap or defective. We only install mid to high quality parts for RELIABLE repairs that will last.

- No, we do not work on cars that have been taken apart. All cars go together slightly differently, and if you took it apart we can’t know for sure how it will go back together, if parts are missing, or if engine components have been damaged as a result of improper removal technique.

- Absolutely! Within a reasonable distance, for $149 we can provide you a 32 point inspection, a scan of any current and past vehicle codes, an interior and exterior examination, and a test drive to listen to the engine and transmission functionality. All this information is sent to your phone. The inspection includes looking for leaks, checking all fluid levels, looking at brake wear, tire wear, battery voltage, ETC.

- We do not have a tire machine, most shops that aren’t a tire shop don’t have tire machines. If you have a complete rim and tire we can zap it on for you but we do not provide flat repair.

- YES! But most repairs that are directly beneath the vehicle are very difficult to repair without a lift. We have a lift available at our shop in Tacoma. Our shop is drop off only – there is no place to wait. We may even be able to offer you a ride within a reasonable distance. This is how we can beat shop prices while offering RELIABLE repairs. You may drop off only with prior approval and notice.
